Catholic School 8th grade students
8th grade students currently enrolled in Catholic grade schools must follow the Diocesan application process and timeline when applying to Catholic high schools. Academic records are submitted by Catholic grade schools directly to only the first choice Catholic high school designated by the applicant. Contact your current school for more information.
Applicants must complete the following steps to have their applications reviewed. Incomplete applications cannot be processed. Students must first go through the application process and then be admitted in order to attend Saint Martin de Porres High School.
1. Obtain academic records from current/previous schools. (See Records Release Form in application packet.)
2. Provide Math and ELA teachers with Teacher Recommendation Forms.
3. Parents/Guardians complete the Parent Application including financial aid form (include all income documents).
4. Student completes the Student Application.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Applicants who submit completed applications and also meet the admissions criteria to be a Saint Martin student may move into the second round of the admissions process. The applicant will be invited to interview with staff from Admissions and the Corporate Work Study Program. Please feel free to check the status of your student’s application to ensure all documents have been received and steps completed.
